Nicole Scherzinger is best known as the lead vocalist from the girl group The Pussycat Dolls. Once the group disbanded, she maintained a steady solo career in the pop dance genre. She recorded two full-length albums, and released a slew of collaborations. Even before the Dolls and her solo career, she got her start by making music with another girl group called Eden’s Crush.
As a member of The Pussycat Dolls, Nicole garnered six #1 hits on the US Billboard Dance Club Songs chart. As a solo artist, she added three more Top 10 hits on the same chart, the biggest of which is the single “Don’t Hold Your Breath,” which peaked at #2. I’m sure Nicole will end up adding more hits to her collection, both as a solo artist and as a member of The Pussycat Dolls. Rumor has it that the group is reuniting to record some new material. Yasss!
