DJ/Producer John LePage has hooked up with one of Madonna’s protégés, Niki Haris, to record a song called “Not Enough.” John has his own digital record label, Groove Records, and has been spinning music at popular nightclubs since 1996, while Niki is best known as a backup singer for many of Madonna’s songs from the 1990’s. She also performed with the Material Girl on several of her worldwide tours and live performances.
“Not Enough” is referred to as an anthem for the world to unite and come together by simply loving one another. The song is actually a remake of a classic hit originally recorded by Melanie Williams, back in the 1990s. John and Niki stay pretty true to the original dance hit, while adding their own unique spin on it. However, this is not Niki’s first contribution to dance music as a lead vocalist. She has previously collaborated with Natural Selection, Snap!, John Jellybean Benitez, and L.E.X., as well as having recorded her own dance tracks “Bad, Bad Boy” and “This Time Baby,” which both were huge hits on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart in 2009.
John has collaborated and remixed tracks for many different artists, including Brian Cua, LFB, Martha Wash, Todd Terry, Tony Moran, Julian Marsh, Village People, Anastacia, and Lonnie Gordon. Remixes for his current track are available by Julian Marsh, NovoGain, Peter Brown, Tony Moran, Warren Rigg, DJ Grind, Mission Groove, Toy Armada, Jamie J Sanchez, and Hifi Sean.
