Mabel is an artist I predicted would be an international sensation, from the moment I first heard the single “Don’t Call Me Up” here in the US. However, upon further research, her career initially began in 2015, at the age of 19. Beginning with her single, “Finders Keepers,” she found success overseas in England and Ireland. Two years later, she’s a household name everywhere.
FUN FACT: Mabel is the daughter of singer Neneh Cherry, who had prominent success in the 80s and 90s.
