Da Buzz is a Eurodance music duo from Sweden, and has grown to become one of their most popular dance groups in history. The group began as a trio in 1999, writing and producing their own music. Group member Pier Schmid left the band after their Greatest Hits album was released, leaving the other two members to continue as a duo. Those two remaining members are Annika Thörnquist, the lead-singer, and Per Lidén, the songwriter and musician who is also a member of the rock band Renegade Five.
Da Buzz had some success in the US when they took their third single, “Let Me Love You (Hex Hector Remix),” all the way to #1 on the US Billboard Dance Club Play chart. They’ve had numerous albums and dance singles since then, and they continue recording music and touring.
