If you are a fan of dance music, then you gotta show love for Crystal Waters. She has had significant success on the US Billboard Dance Club charts. She even won a Billboard Music Award for the Top-Selling Hot Dance Music Club Play Single in 1994 for “100% Pure Love.” In that same year, she won Vibe‘s Music Poll for Best Club/Dance Album, Storyteller. And as of December 2016, Billboard has ranked her as the 39th most successful dance artist of all-time. Congrats, Crystal!
Her success began in 1991 with her debut single,”Gypsy Woman.” The catchy La-da-dee-la-da-da dance tune climbed all the way to #1 on the US Billboard Dance Club Chart, and #8 on the US Hot 100. She has since danced her way to the top spot 11 times on the dance chart. She’s worked with so many different DJ’s and producers, that she has to be the Queen of Collaborations. It definitely reflects her diversity and willingness to experiment with different genres of dance. Respect!
